I would like to check the status of my application/admissions?

I don’t have access to a computer. What do I do?

You may access the futuretiger.luatchoisam.com portal via your cell phone or other smart device.

I didn’t complete my application online or I forgot my password.

You may go to futuretiger.luatchoisam.com and click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password.

I want to know if you received my documents (high school transcript, shot record, ACT/SAT Scores)

You may check the status of your documents by logging in to your futuretiger.luatchoisam.com portal.

What is the turnaround time for a decision?

Processing time can range from 4-6 weeks after all required documents are received in Undergraduate Admissions.  This processing time is only an estimate.  Our goal is to provide a decision as soon as possible.

You may log in to your futuretiger.luatchoisam.com portal to print a copy of your decision letter.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, JSU has a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Please log in to your application portal for deadlines.

How can I receive an admissions packet, paper application?

Prospective students now apply online.
